That is the price of a Standard User on the Professional edition. The full seat table, including the Impact edition, is on the AppExchange listing.

What every org needs

• A minimum of one Administrator license is required per org.
• An Experience Cloud site license is required for participant self-service forms.

Nonprofit pricing

Nonprofit pricing applies to Admin and Experience Cloud site licenses, for qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations and equivalents.

Try It and private offers are available on AppExchange.

Participants don’t need a Salesforce license of their own

When participants fill out forms through Experience Cloud guest access, they don’t need a Salesforce license of their own. Your org needs an Experience Cloud site license for those self-service forms. The people you serve answer from their own device, with a link from your organization.
